1. What PayHandy is

PayHandy is an introduction platform. Handymen listed here are independent contractors. PayHandy does not employ them, supervise their work, supply tools or materials, hold money for either party, or guarantee any outcome.

2. Verification

A verified tick means a South African ID number passed a check against national records at a point in time. PayHandy stores no identity documents and the tick is not a criminal background check, a trade qualification, or a guarantee of workmanship.

3. Payment

Clients pay handymen directly. PayHandy never collects, holds or refunds job payments and charges users nothing for identity verification.

4. Safety

PayHandy introduces clients and independent handymen. We do not employ handymen, supervise work, or hold payment. Verify identity, agree on price up front, meet in safe conditions and never share banking details in chat.

5. Liability waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, you use PayHandy at your own risk and waive claims against PayHandy for loss, damage, injury or dispute arising from any introduction, job, payment or conduct between users. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

6. Conduct and removal

Fraud, harassment, unsafe behaviour or false identity details lead to removal. Report problems through the support page; our team reviews every report.
